About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and driven US Recruiter to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to strengthen your US recruitment expertise through structured training, mentorship, and exposure to a variety of industries, including Corporate, IT, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Light Industrial, and Healthcare.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on developing strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills — preparing you for future client-facing recruitment work.
What You’ll Do- Partner with the Recruitment Manager to understand recruitment processes, hiring requirements, and team goals.
- Learn and apply sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage and maintain an organized candidate pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely updates in the applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and assist in onboarding processes.
- Stay informed about market trends, recruitment best practices, and the evolving US talent landscape.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs designed to build strong US staffing capabilities and prepare for client assignments.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment (experience in US recruitment is a plus!).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and team members.
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Positive attitude and a growth mindset, with a passion for developing your recruitment career.
