HR Recruitment Specialist

VESSE ECOMMERCE INC. is actively looking for HR RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST!

• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, both in-person and virtually, to evaluate their suitability for specific roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop job descriptions.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate information, interview notes, and hiring decisions.
• Offer guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and candidate assessment.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
• Ensure new employees complete necessary forms and understand company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
• Maintain 201 files.
• Monitoring NWPC and updating employee’s salary based on their areas.
• Monitoring contract renewal for live host (Part-time)
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by HR Director.
