Recruitment Specialist - Alabang

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment administration
• Familiarity with ATS is preferred
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang Northgate Cyberzone, Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
• Can start May 22

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and publish job advertisements
• Review candidate resumes and shortlist applicants
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Follow up on interview feedback and hiring decisions
• Prepare and process job offers
• Manage candidate onboarding and background checks
• Update candidate status and close filled requisitions
