We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about finding the best talents to help drive our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and endorse qualified candidates for various roles
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs
• Post job ads and manage recruitment campaigns across multiple platforms
• Conduct interviews and assessments
• Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of all recruitment files
• Track and report recruitment metrics

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course
• With at least 1 to 2 years work experience and/or above 3 years with specialist experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced setting
• Strong understanding of various online job platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail
• Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times
