Leasing and Business Development Officer

We are looking for a driven and strategic Leasing and Business Development Officer to manage and grow tenant occupancy across our commercial mall properties. The role focuses on attracting quality tenants, maintaining strong leasing performance, and identifying new business opportunities that enhance mall profitability and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Source, negotiate, and secure tenants for retail and commercial spaces in mall properties
Manage the full leasing cycle from prospecting, proposal, negotiation, contract signing, to move-in
Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure long-term occupancy and satisfaction
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing opportunities and trends
Develop and execute strategies to improve mall occupancy and rental income
Coordinate with operations, marketing, and legal teams for smooth tenant onboarding
Handle lease renewals, expansions, and tenant mix optimization
Prepare regular reports on leasing performance, pipeline, and market activity
Represent the company in networking events and business meetings
