We are looking for a highly organized and service-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and support the management team in maintaining excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and team performance. The ideal candidate has proven supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage restaurant operations in a fast-paced dining environment.
Job Responsibilities:- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service
- Monitor employee performance and ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and service procedures
- Assist in staff scheduling, manpower allocation, and daily operational planning
- Lead, motivate, and support restaurant staff to maintain productivity and teamwork
- Handle guest concerns and service-related issues professionally and efficiently
- Prepare operational reports, presentations, and documentation using MicrosoftExcel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, food quality, and overall dining experience standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution
- Conduct regular floor supervision and ensure employees maintain professionalism and efficiency
- Assist in inventory monitoring, stock control, and operational cost management
- Support management in training, coaching, and evaluating employees to improve performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Perform administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management
- Previous supervisory experience with a formal supervisor title is required
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented with strong customer service focus
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Previous supervisory experience with a formal supervisor title is required
