We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and team performance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership abilities, financial management expertise, and experience managing restaurant operations in a fast-paced dining environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage overall restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily performance
  • Prepare, analyze, and monitor Profit and Loss (P&L) reports to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Monitor operating costs, labor expenses, and inventory levels to maximize productivity and profitability
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and operational updates using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ensure all restaurant activities comply with company policies, food safety standards, and legal regulations
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop employees to maintain high-performing teams
  • Conduct regular employee evaluations and provide coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans
  • Supervise and motivate employees to ensure productivity, professionalism, and excellent guest service
  • Ensure sufficient manpower, materials, equipment, and operational resources are available at all times
  • Resolve operational and customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain excellent dining standards, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation
  • Coordinate with kitchen and support teams to ensure seamless restaurant operations
  • Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
  • Handle scheduling, manpower planning, and team performance monitoring
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or any related course is an advantage
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, financial reporting, and P&L management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong presentation, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
