  • Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, such as scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters
  • Handling employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related policies and procedures
  • Maintaining and updating HR databases and documentation
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives and programs
  • Providing support for employee training and development activities

Job Qualification:

  • Graduate of Any Course
  • With at least 2 years experience
  • Knowledgeable in computer and troubleshooting
  • Experience on Purchasing operations
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR Assistant or administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Flexibility and a proactive attitude to tackle a variety of tasks
