Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Officer to manage and oversee day-to-day HR functions and administrative operations. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, office management, and ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee records, payroll, and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
  • Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Develop and enforce company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle office management tasks, including procurement, vendor coordination, and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Respond promptly to HR inquiries and provide administrative support to the leadership team.
  • Organize events, meetings, and schedules to keep operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Psychology or Human Resources
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP and HRIS systems
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and driving employee satisfaction

Work Setup:

  • Work from Home / Hybrid Setup
  • Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM
