As an HR Administrator, you'll support core HR processes from compliance to onboarding, maintain confidential personnel records, assist in pre-employment documentation, and work closely with leaders to ensure HR functions run smoothly and compliantly.

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with leadership and management to support effective HR processes
- Coordinate with departments, employees, applicants, administrators, and staff on I-9 forms, background checks, and personnel records
- Monitor completion of pre-employment documents and assist with HR projects
- Oversee the administration of HR compliance posters
- Maintain a confidential and organized filing system for correspondences, policies, and standards
- Conduct audits of HR programs and update procedures to meet regulatory compliance
- Apply HR methods, practices, terminology, and procedures effectively
- Handle and safeguard confidential information
