Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in HR and Admin
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have strong personality and can handle pressure
  • Good Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Can work with less supervision

Job Description:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Employee Relations
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support conflict resolution and employee grievance processes.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
Performance Management
  • Facilitate the performance appraisal process.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and individual development plans (IDPs).
Training & Development
  • Identify training needs in collaboration with department managers.
  • Coordinate and evaluate internal and external training programs.
  • Maintain employee training records and compliance.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Manage payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Maintain employee records related to compensation, promotions, and salary adjustments.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and benefits surveys as needed.
Compliance & Policy Management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR manuals.
  • Prepare reports for government agencies and support audit processes.
HR Administration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (physical and digital).
  • Prepare HR reports, organizational charts
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment reports.
