IT Supervisor (Cebu/Valenzuela)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5-6 years of experience in IT operations, ERP support, systems administration, or technical infrastructure management.
• At least 3-4 years of supervisory experience managing IT staff, technical support personnel, or system support teams.
• Demonstrated experience in:
• Managing Microsoft Dynamics AX and integrated ERP systems
• Supporting ERP integration involving AX, SAP, CRM, or related platforms
• Coordinating with vendors, system providers, and operational departments
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related concerns
• Maintaining IT infrastructure, system security, and backup procedures
• Supporting operational reporting, inventory systems, and business process improvements

 B.  Job Summary:

The role oversees Microsoft Dynamics AX and other integrated ERP systems, provides troubleshooting and technical support, and helps improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting reliability across the hardware, lumber, and construction supplies business.

The role ensures timely IT support, minimized operational downtime, and consistent technology support for branch and operational requirements.

• Manages and maintains the company’s IT systems, ERP platforms, networks, and technical infrastructure by coordinating with branch operations, warehouse, accounting, sales, and management teams to ensure stable system performance, operational continuity, and reliable business support.
• Oversees the administration and support of Microsoft Dynamics AX and other integrated ERP systems by working closely with system users, vendors, and external providers to improve data accuracy, reporting reliability, inventory visibility, and operational efficiency.
• Supervises and provides direction to internal IT support staff by assigning daily technical support activities, monitoring issue resolution, and guiding troubleshooting efforts to ensure timely and effective support across branches and operational sites.
• Provides troubleshooting and operational IT support by responding to hardware, software, network, and system-related concerns in coordination with employees, branch personnel, and service providers to minimize downtime and maintain uninterrupted business operations.
• Coordinates system improvements, ERP integration activities, and technology-related projects with department heads, management, and external vendors to strengthen system functionality, improve process integration, and support operational requirements.
• Monitors IT compliance, system security, and technology standards by maintaining proper system controls, backup procedures, and technical documentation in coordination with management and support teams to ensure secure, organized, and dependable IT operations across the organization.
