Business Development and Management Analyst (CEBU)
Cebu2World Development Inc., a subsidiary of Megawide Corporation, is looking for a strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial Business Development and Management Analyst to support the growth and transformation of Carbon Market.
As we transform Carbon into a more vibrant hub for food, culture, tourism, and entrepreneurship, we are looking for someone who can help turn ideas into viable business concepts, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
Reporting to the General Manager, this role will support market research, financial analysis, feasibility studies, and partnership development for new and existing commercial initiatives. This is ideal for someone who enjoys building concepts from the ground up and translating ideas into practical, high-impact opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities, trends, and potential partners.
- Prepare financial models, projections, and business cases for new ventures and commercial initiatives.
- Analyze financial data, risks, returns, and funding requirements to support decision-making.
- Develop feasibility study inputs, cost-benefit analyses, and business plan recommendations.
- Support the execution of new business concepts, partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives within Carbon Market.
- Build and manage relationships with partners, locators, NGOs, LGUs, and community groups.
- Monitor project performance and recommend process or commercial improvements.
- Support CAPEX planning, budgeting, and revenue target setting for commercial projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Accountancy, or a related field.
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in business development, financial analysis, market research, or a similar role.
- Experience in financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and business case preparation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Willing to work onsite at Carbon Market, Brgy. Ermita, Cebu City, from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM.
