• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain deep partnerships with high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and company objectives.
• Growth & Visibility: Drive sustained sales growth and secure optimal product placement and visibility across customer outlets.
• Strategic Planning: Create and execute account strategies that balance short-term wins with long-term business goals.
• Business Acumen: Analyze market trends, customer performance, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver consistent results and ensure smooth execution of customer programs.

Qualifications & Competencies Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
• With 3 to 5 years of solid sales experience, ideally in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
• With at least three (3) years of relevant On Trade channel marketing, brand marketing, or field sales experience, 1 year of which was spent in a management position.
• Knowledgeable in sales distribution, customer service systems, and sales operations management
• Holder of valid Driver’s License with Restriction Code 12 or AB
