- Arrange daily schedule, manpower loading and shift changeover to meet scheduled production
- Monitor quality and daily output and compile daily production records
- Write simple and test and validation reports

- Report on scrap, loss disposal, process deviation, new process validation and machine & manpower efficiency
- Raise and write necessary reports for Process Change, discrepancy, deviation and failure control
- Responsible for production re-work, scrap/loss, disposal, process validation. Discrepancy, process deviation
- Assists in machine qualification, validation, improvement, trouble shooting and spare parts
- Ensure all calibration and servicing is done before due date
- Prepare Monthly Quality Reports
- Assists in process quality performance & investigate on quality problems
- Prepares risk assessment & PFMEAs for section
- Creates validation protocol for new machine and equipment
- Conducts investigation in order to create corrective and preventive actions
- Reviews and improves on areas of the clean room cleanliness, contamination rates and rejects regularly
- Sets and implements Process Flow Structure and chart for compilation of process capacity and ability records
- Plans and implement short term Process Capacity Forecast and determine process capacity targets and improvements
- Re-engineer and improve process quality performance and productivity and investigate quality problems
- Assists Production Supervisor and Production Manager in other functions
