- With at least 1 year experience in EMS/PCBA manufacturing environment
- Prior experience in PCBA RFQ costing support, Purchasing or materials coordination, NPI, Engineering / SMT production support is an advantage
- Technical or Engineering Course
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Leader in RFQ generation, BOM checking, and system updates, particularly using the Infor system
- Ensure accurate RFQs, validated BOMs, and well-maintained project data to support smooth project execution from quotation to production
- Identify BOM inconsistencies or missing information and raise issues to Project Leader
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Sales for BOM clarifications and PR issuance
- Maintain and update RFQ and project-related data in the Infor system
- Assist in tracking BOM versions and RFQ revisions
- Support preparation of internal and external communications related to BOM, RFQ - related questions, Project data requests
- Assist in document control management
- Monitor action items and follow-ups related to RFQ and project activities
