Job Location: 10 Evangelista Ave., Santolan, Pasig City
Salary: 28k - 30k

Work Set up: Onsite

Work Sched.: Mon to Fri: 8am to 5pm

Sat: 8am to 12nn (hybrid: wfh or onsite)

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or Psychology and other related courses
  • With Masteral degree in Management, business and related fields is a plus.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with expertise in HR functions such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Labor & Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships with department heads and employees at all levels.
  • High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of discretion and integrity with confidential information.

Job Description:

  • Support recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
  • Administer HR policies and ensure consistent application across departments.
  • Assist with performance management and employee development programs.
  • Investigate employee complaints and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, with emphasis on labor law awareness.
  • Support or lead labor negotiations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for labor relations matters, ensuring a positive and compliant working relationship.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation related to labor issues and negotiations.
  • Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.
  • Generating HR-related data and report preparation and analysis.
  • Acting as the subject-matter expert in terms of HR operations inquiry.
