 I.  Job Purpose: The HR Generalist is responsible for managing and supporting all key HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, payroll and benefits, performance management, and employee relations. This role ensures efficient HR operations while fostering a positive and professional workplace environment.

II. Job Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding of new employees.
  2. Employee Lifecycle Documentation & Administration: Maintain accurate records throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts, promotions, transfers, and exits.
  3. HR Administration: Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation of HR policies and procedures.
  4. Payroll & Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
  5. Performance Evaluation: Support the performance review process and provide guidance to managers on evaluations and development plans.
  6. Employee Relations: Serve as a resource for employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
III. Qualifications
 A.  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 B.  Experience: 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist role
 C.  Competencies:
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.
