The role

As a Sales Executive at United Coconut Planters Life Assurance Corp (Cocolife), you will be responsible for driving sales growth and acquiring new customers for the company's life insurance products and services. This is a full-time role based in Metro Manila, where you will be a key member of the sales team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities
  1. Developing and executing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base
  2. Engaging with potential customers through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, and digital platforms
  3. Providing clients with detailed information about Cocolife's products and services, and helping them determine the best solutions to meet their insurance needs
  4. Negotiating and closing sales contracts, while ensuring customer satisfaction
  5. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer information
  6. Collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and generate leads
  7. Continuously learning about industry trends, regulations, and Cocolife's product offerings to enhance your sales expertise
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the life insurance or financial services industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
  4. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving growth objectives
  5. Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  6. A driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
  7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
