Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to new and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify potential customers and generate sales leads
- Conduct product presentations and client visits when needed
- Prepare quotations and assist customers with inquiries
- Achieve monthly sales targets and quotas
- Coordinate with other departments regarding customer requirements and deliveries
- Monitor customer feedback and provide after-sales support
- Submit sales reports and updates to management
Requirements:
- Prior experience as Sales Executive or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or any related field
- Previous experience in a sales role of furniture or interior decor products is an advantage
- Compensation & Incentives Structure:
- Base Salary + Commission
- Performance Bonuses: Earn additional incentives upon reaching your monthly sales quota.
- Quarterly Travel Incentive: Achieve your quarterly targets to qualify for an international travel experience.
Qualifications/Requirements
Requirements: Prior experience as Sales Executive or equivalent
