  • Achieve Customer Satisfaction by fulfilling Quality and Food Safety related requirements of Customers
  • Initiate continuous improvement including Digital transformation
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science-related course: Food Technology, Microbiology, Nutrition and Dietetics, etc.
  • Minimum five (5) years relevant experience in the food industry, complaint handling, and customer service
  • Basic understanding of how own area integrates within the organization sub-function
  • Developed communication and diplomacy skills used to direct/persuade/influence others
