Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and acquire new clients in freight, transport, and logistics services
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis
- Collaborate with operations to ensure excellent service delivery
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- With at least 3–5 years experience in Sales, preferably in a logistics or freight forwarding company
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong network in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is an advantage
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
