The Role: Sales Manager / Team Builder
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in building and leading high-performance sales teams — preferably in subscription-based or fintech environments.
You will start by understanding A.R.K., testing the system yourself, and then recruiting and managing your own sales force to bring users from trial to paid subscription.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and lead a team of Sales Executives and Affiliate Agents.
- Design and execute sales strategies to acquire and convert free users into paid subscribers.
- Drive daily sales performance, set goals, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Coach and mentor your team to improve communication, pitching, and conversion rates.
- Understand and demonstrate the A.R.K. system — guiding prospects through trials and showcasing its real performance.
- Track, analyze, and report weekly metrics (leads, trials, conversions, team output).
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns, referral systems, and promotions.
- Build a scalable sales architecture — from recruitment to payout system integration.
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in SaaS, Fintech, or subscription-based businesses.
- Proven ability to build and lead sales teams (recruitment, training, motivation, retention).
- Demonstrated experience managing sales teams of 5-10 people minimum.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversions, and affiliate systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Tech-savvy and capable of managing online sales tools, CRMs, and reporting dashboards.
- Interest or background in finance, trading, or investing is a major advantage.
- Some hands-on trading experience is expected to effectively demonstrate product value to prospects.
