Responsibilities:
- Bring your existing team of at least 3 sales agents and lead them to exceed sales targets
- Drive performance through motivation, coaching, and effective sales strategies
- Guide your team in closing deals and provide hands-on support when needed
- Collaborate with marketing and training teams to strengthen recruitment and selling efforts
- Monitor team performance and adjust plans to ensure consistent success
- Stay ahead of industry trends, project launches, and market developments
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- A ready team of at least 3 agents who are ready to hit the ground running with you
- Previous success as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry (at least 1 year preferred)
- Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills
- A proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets
- Deep understanding of local property markets and buyer behavior
- A genuine passion for real estate and people development
