Engineering Manager

• Hands-on experience with critical care equipment: ventilators, infusion pumps, or patient monitors. Laboratory diagnostics background alone does not qualify for this role.
• Has managed, led, or coordinated a team of engineers or technicians — even informally.
• Comfortable speaking directly with hospital administrators and clinical staff.
• CMMS or maintenance data systems experience is a strong plus.

This is a leadership role for someone who wants to own a function, build a team, and make a measurable difference to how hospitals operate across the country. Managing a team of in-house and field biomedical engineers across hospital sites, owning our preventive maintenance schedules, handling hospital client relationships, and building the CMMS that gives us real-time visibility of our entire fleet.

You are the person hospital administrators call when something goes wrong. You are also the person who makes sure it does not go wrong in the first place.

• Team Field and in-house engineering team across 40+ hospital sites nationwide.
• Fleet PMS PM schedules for 1,600+ critical care assets — you set the calendar and you own the compliance rate.
• CMMS CMMS implementation — build the system, set the data standards, own the reporting.
• Client Interface Hospital client relationships — primary contact for biomedical coordinators and administrators.
• Revenue Hospital Technical Services contracts — external PMS and repair services for hospital-owned equipment.
• Reporting Weekly engineering reports and monthly CEO summaries.
