- With at least 10 years+ experience in a leadership role, such as Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or similar, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects
- Can lead and oversee the Engineering Division and responsible for driving technical innovation, managing engineering projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products and solutions
- Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes
