Enterprise Platform Engineering & Operations Manager

Manage end-to-end operations of enterprise platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Oversee DevOps pipelines, deployment processes, and production environment stability.
- Coordinate across engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver seamless platform operations.
- Implement automation and tooling to improve deployment speed and reduce operational overhead.
- Support continuous improvement of platform architecture and engineering practices.
- Strong experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or IT operations roles.
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools, cloud platforms, and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Solid scripting/coding ability to support automation and operational tooling.
- Experience managing enterprise-grade platforms with high availability requirements.
- Tech consulting or high-growth engineering organization experience preferred.
