In today's competitive property management landscape, leasing clerks play a crucial role in connecting individuals with their ideal homes. They not only facilitate the leasing process but also enhance the tenant experience. Ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

  • Preparing lease agreements and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Manage and resolve any issues related to the properties or lease agreements.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all leasing transactions and interactions.
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction with all products and services and work to solve any problems or concerns customers express
  • Explain rental options for hourly, daily and weekly rates as well as our full rental terms
  • Ensure that customers feel comfortable asking for assistance to find everything they need
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Extensive experience in customer service
  • Must be highly organized, confident completing administrative tasks and strong in critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software
