PPC Specialist Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, launch, and actively manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Build and execute full-funnel advertising strategies tailored precisely to each client's goals and industry
• Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution models across all active platforms
• Design and manage retargeting campaigns to nurture prospects through the funnel and consistently improve conversion rates
• Conduct rigorous creative testing across ad copy, visuals, and formats, iterating based on reliable performance data
• Analyze campaign performance data in depth and generate clear, actionable insights to drive continuous ROI improvement
• Scale high-performing campaigns strategically using data-driven benchmarks as the primary decision-making foundation
• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns specifically designed for local and regional service businesses
• Deliver regular performance reports with well-supported, specific optimization recommendations
• Stay current on platform algorithm updates, ad policy changes, and emerging paid media opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure advertising strategy is aligned with each client's broader growth objectives

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven advanced experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Strategic campaign expertise — not just setup — covering audience targeting, bid strategy, budget allocation, and full-funnel design
• Deep understanding of conversion tracking, pixel configuration, and cross-platform attribution
• Demonstrated ability to build and optimize high-performing retargeting and remarketing campaigns
• Hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate creative testing methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex performance data and translate it into meaningful optimizations
• A proven track record of improving ROI and profitably scaling campaigns over sustained periods
• Solid lead generation experience, particularly for service-based or locally focused businesses
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering consistent results with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to clients and team members

Preferred Skills:

• Direct experience generating qualified leads for home service industries including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, or construction
• Experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns
• Familiarity with CRM and lead tracking tools such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or comparable platforms
• Background in landing page testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and third-party tracking solutions
• Experience within or alongside digital marketing agencies managing multiple client accounts
• Comfortable overseeing several client campaigns simultaneously while maintaining consistently high performance
• Experience building performance dashboards and automated reporting systems
