Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and well-spoken HR Virtual Assistant to support our human resources team with candidate screening, interview scheduling, and administrative organization. The ideal candidate is confident and professional on the phone, communicates clearly and naturally in English, and can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured phone screenings of job applicants using a defined set of 10–15 interview questions
  • Review incoming resumes and assess candidate suitability before scheduling phone screenings
  • Schedule qualified candidates for follow-up interviews with the HR manager
  • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and monitor incoming application volume
  • Track and follow up on employee documentation including medical records and compliance requirements
  • Maintain well-organized digital files and databases for all HR records
  • Communicate screening results and concise candidate summaries to the HR manager
  • Provide general administrative and organizational support to the HR team as needed

Mandatory Skills:

  • Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent — this is a critical requirement as the role involves extensive phone-based candidate interaction
  • Proven experience conducting phone interviews or structured phone-based screening calls
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documents, schedules, and follow-ups simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or comparable productivity tools
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and representing the company professionally in every interaction

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in an HR support, recruitment assistant, or administrative coordinator role
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR management software
  • Experience with data entry and digital document management
  • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
  • Background in scheduling, calendar management, or appointment coordination
