Job Summary

We are looking for a relationship-driven Business Development Manager – Bancassurance to expand our bancassurance channel by building strong partnerships with banks and driving the growth of healthcare insurance solutions.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in bancassurance, insurance, HMO, or financial services, with a proven ability to manage bank partnerships, develop distribution channels, generate new business opportunities, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with partner banks, bancassurance teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive sales growth and revenue generation through assigned banking partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the bancassurance distribution channel.
  • Identify opportunities to increase healthcare product penetration within partner banks.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product orientations, and business reviews with banking partners and clients.
  • Support bank relationship managers through product training, sales enablement, and marketing initiatives.
  • Generate new business opportunities through referrals, cross-selling, and corporate banking relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account onboarding and excellent customer experience.
  • Manage account renewals, client retention, and partner engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and partnership performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, banking standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, or any related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in:
  • Bancassurance
  • Business Development
  • Insurance or HMO Sales
  • Financial Services
  • Banking Partnership Management
  • Proven experience managing bank partnerships and distribution channels.
  • Strong background in corporate sales, relationship management, and business development.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare insurance products, employee benefits, or insurance solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.

Highly Preferred

Candidates with experience from HMO providers, life insurance companies, healthcare insurance organizations, or banking institutions are highly preferred.
