We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (Staffing Industry)

  • Location: Makati, Philippines
  • Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
  • Salary: Up to ₱75,000/month
What You'll Do
  • Develop and acquire new clients within the IT staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's staffing portfolio.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure successful delivery of client hiring requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
What We're Looking For
  • At least 3 years of Business Development or Sales experience in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record in new client acquisition and business development.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience selling IT staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or workforce solutions.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience handling international or client-facing accounts.
  • Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and staffing solutions.
  • Strong professional network within the staffing or recruitment industry.
