We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (Staffing Industry)

- Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
- Salary: Up to ₱75,000/month
- Develop and acquire new clients within the IT staffing and recruitment industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's staffing portfolio.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure successful delivery of client hiring requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- At least 3 years of Business Development or Sales experience in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Proven track record in new client acquisition and business development.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience selling IT staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or workforce solutions.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience handling international or client-facing accounts.
- Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and staffing solutions.
- Strong professional network within the staffing or recruitment industry.
