Sales and Business Development Manager (B2B) - North NCR Based
About the role
As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion in industrial and commercial segment within the North Luzon area. This full-time role will see you responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales specialist to achieve targeted revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach, and supervise a team of Sales Specialists across the North Luzon area to ensure the achievement of sales objectives and operational excellence.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with industrial and commercial customers to drive customer retention and business growth.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities by promoting the company's lubricant products and solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure the effective delivery of customer-focused solutions and services.
- Prepare and submit timely sales reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and enhance sales strategies.
- Ensure consistent execution of company sales policies, customer service standards, and business development initiatives within the assigned territory.
- Solid experience in B2B sales management handling industrial and commercial accounts, preferably from Lubricants or FMCG industry
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different stakeholders
- Good analytical skills and commercial acumen to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Can drive 4-wheel vehicle
