About the Role

BLT Elevator is looking for a highly connected Senior Business Development Consultant to expand our presence in the Philippine elevator market.

This role is designed for experienced elevator professionals with an established network among property developers, general contractors, architects, consultants, and elevator installation companies.

This is not an office-based position. We value business development results, industry relationships, and market expansion.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the elevator industry.
  • Proven experience in New Elevator and/or Modernization business development.
  • Strong network with Philippine property developers, general contractors, architects, consultants, and elevator installation companies.
  • Able to introduce BLT to key decision-makers and generate qualified business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, independent, and results-oriented.
  • Existing industry relationships are highly preferred.

Expected Deliverables

Weekly
  • Conduct at least five (5) face-to-face customer meetings.
  • Arrange at least one (1) joint meeting between BLT management and a qualified decision-maker.
  • Introduce at least two (2) new qualified decision-makers each week.
  • Submit a weekly business development and pipeline report.
First Three (3) Months
  • Complete at least sixty (60) customer meetings.
  • Introduce at least twenty (20) qualified decision-makers.
  • Develop a qualified project pipeline of at least PHP 30 million.
  • Submit quotations for identified opportunities.
First Six (6) Months
  • Achieve PHP 10–20 million in confirmed sales orders.
  • Establish long-term business relationships with major developers, contractors, consultants, and elevator partners.
  • Maintain a healthy and sustainable project pipeline.
Working Arrangement
  • Consultancy engagement (Independent Consultant).
  • Flexible working schedule.
  • No daily office attendance required.
  • Weekly business review meeting with management.
  • Field-based role covering Metro Manila and other key markets as required.
