Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field
- With at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing or plant setting
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Willing to work onsite at the plant in Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro
