HR ASSISTANT

The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes within the company.
A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening applicants, scheduling interviews)- Maintain and update employee records and 201 files
- Prepare HR documents (contracts, memos, notices, reports)
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and leave records
- Assist in payroll preparation and coordination
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Handle employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned
Basic knowledge of Philippine labour laws and regulations is preferred.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,Business Administration, or related field
- With or without experience (experience in HR is an advantage)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including formulas and formatting capabilities
Bachelor's degree must be specifically in Human Resources or Business Administration only.
