Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of BS/BA Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, HR Management or its equivalent.

Experience: At least two (2) yrs. work experience in human resources.

Essential Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: Computer literacy, Proficiency in MS Office applications. Has initiative, exhibits objectivity and good interpersonal relations; Has good communication competency; ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.

Know how in Philippine Labor Laws.

Responsibilities / Duties:

Talent Acquisition
  1. Initiate in preparing job advertisements for posting using various media.
  2. Liaises with academic institutions, head hunters and other external sources in placing and providing timely supply of manpower and trainees.
  3. Employ varied recruitment channels (school partnerships, job search engines, job fairs, flyers activities) to increase applicant reach.
  4. Maintains a pool of pre-qualified candidates for future manpower requirements.
  5. Administers psychological and trade examinations to qualified candidates and prepares assessment report.
  6. Conducts background investigation of the chosen candidate prior to deployment date.
  7. Prepares and ensures timely, complete and accurate documentation of all pre-employment and hiring documents which includes but are not limited to job offers and contracts, Identification Cards, reference checks, medical examination and 201 file creation and management and for Non-Billable employees: Email, Banner, and working tool in coordination with Admin.
  8. Informs requisitioning heads and other internal stakeholders on the deployment of the hired candidate.
  9. Ensures that all recruitment policies and procedures are adhered to. Recommends necessary improvements from time to time.
Benefits Remittance and Reports
  1. Ensure that all Government contributions are remitted on time and in full
  2. Manage the Benefits team in all their tasks and duties
  3. Monitor the monthly remittances and ensuring that records are kept
  4. Ensures timely assistance for employees who encounters issues or concerns with their contributions
Prepare and submit reports to his/her superior nd other stakeholders on the status of employee remittances.
Employee Relations
  1. Assists HRAD Manager in organizing and implementing employee relations activities such as Summer Outing, Christmas Party and other related company sponsored events/gathering in order to boost the morale of employees and build a happy and productive workforce and enhance physical, cultural and spiritual development of employees.
  2. Conducts exit interviews to resigned/terminated/end of contract employees and prepares report for submission to Management
  3. Assists HRAD Manager in the implementation of the company’s communication programs i.e. employee meetings, focused group discussions, climate survey, bulletin boards, circulars/memo releases and other related activities.
  4. Assists HRAD Manager in acting as liaison between the company and employees and responsible for bringing employee issues and concerns to the attention of Management.
  5. Assists HRAD Manager in the early resolution of employee issues and problems.
  6. Liaise with Government agencies on employee complaints and resolutions with guidance from the HRAD Manager
  7. Attends and participates in the Safety and Health Committee meetings and activities
  8. Handles encoding of employee records and information in the system as directed by the HRAD Manager.
Training and Organizational Development
  1. Orients of newly hired employees according to Orientation Schedule. Responsible in the proper introduction as well as smooth endorsement of newly hired employees to all departments/units as part of the socialization process.
  2. Assists in the implementation of organizational development initiatives and other company sponsored activities.
  3. Facilitates Research Output based on developmental requirement.
Employee Data Management
  1. Ensure that all employees are recorded and encoded in the company’s HR Info System
  2. Report and inform respective stake holders for employees that lacks employee data or requirements
  3. Regularly maintain an accurate and reliable database of manpower
Management Support
  1. Performs any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by superior.
