Talent Acquisition Associate (Reliever)

The Talent Acquisition (Reliever( provides operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the continuity and efficiency of recruitment activities during peak hiring periods, employee absences, or special manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling of candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment records.
• Post job vacancies on job portals and other sourcing channels as needed.
• Conduct initial phone screenings based on set qualifications and job requirements.
• Prepare interview confirmations, status updates, and recruitment-related communications.
• Assist in gathering and compiling candidate requirements for onboarding.
• Support recruitment reporting and monitoring of hiring progress.
• Ensure timely follow-through of recruitment processes to meet hiring deadlines.
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related tasks as assigned.
