Job summary
Primary focus is on acquiring new HORECA and institutional clients. Once a new account is secured, the Key Account Specialist will manage the relationship and oversee service delivery for the first six months to ensure a smooth transition and sustained engagement.
- Responsibilities
- Acquire new HORECA and institutional clients
- Manage newly onboarded accounts for six months
- Provide long-term support for special or large accounts
- Coordinate with logistics and quality teams
- Address client concerns and recommend seasonal items
- Track order volumes and prepare account reports on a daily and monthly basis
- Recommend seasonal items, specialty produce, and menu-aligned solutions
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by management
