Job Summary

The Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing financial reporting, product costing, tax compliance, account reconciliations, and financial analysis. This role ensures accurate accounting records, supports month-end closing activities, and assists in maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare monthly sales reports, product costing, gross profit analysis, and trial balance
• Process month-end closing activities and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare tax returns, audit schedules, and supporting documentation
• Perform bank, general ledger, and BIR reconciliations
• Maintain pricing systems and discount structures
• Review and analyze accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with Treasury and external stakeholders on financial transactions and reporting requirements
• Support audit activities and other accounting projects as assigned
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Atleast 1+ years of experience
