Key Account Specialist (GMA)

Location: preferably based on NCR.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare monthly operation and business review reports.
- Achieve 100% monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular Merchandiser's Meetings.
- Track competitor activities and establish Bellwether Accounts.
- Assist in new product launches and ensure stock replenishment.
- Monitor inventory, correct discrepancies, and review merchandiser reports.
- Conduct fieldwork, submit weekly sales reports, and address AR issues.
- Implement FIFO, check the account portal for stock availability.
- Verify sales orders, negotiate shelf space, and check returns.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Specialist / Distributor Specialist
- Minimum of 3+ years of distributor specialist experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- FMCG or food industry experience is required.
