Key Accounts Specialist - Modern Trade NCR

KEY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST – Modern Trade

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products to assigned Key Accounts in Metro Manila.
• Open new accounts/ distributors.
• Serve as the primary contact, handling negotiations, order management, and strategic planning to meet business objectives.
• Maintain good relationship with existing accounts, providing good service at the same time ensuring the negotiations are fair for the company.
• Achieve sales targets and performance goals specific to the assigned region.
• Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and client meetings.
• Conversational level English proficiency is required for effective client communication.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the territory.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and submit timely updates to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in collection of client dues.
• Represent the company at local events, shows, and client visits within the assigned area.
• Owning a motorcycle and driver's license will be an advantage but not required. ( Gas allowance for motorcycle use will be provided)
• A minimum of 2 years sales experience is required for this position.
• Associate degree qualification is required for this position.
• Experience in Modern Trade and FMCG is preferred.
