Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services

- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems)
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills
