Sales Consultant

Your goal is to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and foster long-term relationships with clients.

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and accessories
• Explain vehicle features, warranties, financing options, and promotional offers
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle functionalities
• Prepare and present sales quotations and negotiate terms to close deals
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory, industry trends, and competitor offerings
• Follow up with prospective clients to maximize sales opportunities
• Assist in preparing vehicle documentation and processing sales transactions
• Promote dealership services, including financing and insurance products
• Utilize Facebook boosting and other digital marketing tools to generate leads and increase sales
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Ensure the dealership’s showroom and sales areas are clean and organized

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using social media platforms, especially Facebook, for marketing and lead generation
• Basic understanding of Facebook boosting and digital advertising techniques
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive sales or marketing are a plus
