Sales officer (corporate accounts)

The position requires an end-to-end management of the sales process to ensure the efficient completion of each sales order coupled with total customer satisfaction.

The Role:

• Building and preserving strong relationships with existing clients to bolster customer loyalty and repeat business
• Seeking and developing new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to untapped and lost customers.
• Providing technical expertise and product knowledge to customers - ensuring they receive the best possible solutions to meet their unique needs.
• Collaborating closely with the company’s production and finance teams to guarantee that delivery commitments are fully met.
• Continuously seeking to expand your product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

The Candidate We Seek:

• Graduate of management, marketing, engineering, chemistry, economics or any other business or technical degree.
• Proven working experience in Business-to-Business sales (industrial or corporate) with an account management-focused role.
• Strong technical aptitude complemented with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team player, analytical, goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Computer literate and well-versed with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word.
