Overview
Our client, a global organization operating in a complex and fast-paced environment, is seeking a Corporate Management Accountant to join its finance function. This role plays a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end close activities, and contributing to continuous process improvements across the finance team.The position requires strong technical accounting expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare monthly corporate management accounts for assigned entities
- Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations, including identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Manage intercompany reconciliations and coordinate with global finance counterparts to ensure timely resolution of variances
- Support the month-end close process and contribute to the preparation of consolidated reporting deliverables
- Produce and maintain weekly cash flow forecasts for corporate accounts
- Collaborate with finance, FP&A, payroll, and other internal teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment
- Act as a primary contact for audit-related requests, supporting both internal and external audit processes
- Assist in the preparation of financial disclosures for statutory reporting requirements
- Contribute to ongoing finance transformation and system enhancement initiatives, including ERP optimization
- Support process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within finance operations
- Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required
- Certified/qualified accountant with strong technical accounting knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid working knowledge of standard office tools
- Experience working in a large or multinational organization with exposure to tight reporting timelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of numerical accuracy
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data integrity and quality
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to build relationships across cross-functional and international teams
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Dynamic, collaborative, and deadline-driven finance setting
- Exposure to global stakeholders and cross-border finance operations
