HR ASSOCIATE
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Associate (Recruitment) to join our Human Resources team in the Food & Beverage industry. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about recruitment and eager to start their career in HR.You will support end-to-end hiring activities and help build a strong workforce that supports our growing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles (operations, outlets, head office, etc.)
- Post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and HR databases
- Support onboarding activities for new hires
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 6 months experience in HR Recruitment.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced Food & Beverage environment
