HR Operations Manager (BPO Industry Experience Required)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Operations Manager to lead and optimize our HR functions. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR leader with a strong background in the BPO industry, capable of driving operational excellence, strengthening employee engagement, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Oversee workforce planning, attrition management, and retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
- Drive employee engagement programs and organizational development initiatives
- Manage HR metrics, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience as an HR Manager in a BPO or shared services environment
- Proven experience handling HR operations and high-volume hiring
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Experience with HR systems and data-driven decision-making is an advantage
