Identiti also maintains a growing international operations presence in Manila and Cebu, Philippines, which serves as a strategic hub for shared services, including finance, HR, and operational support across its global portfolio. The Philippines team plays a critical role in ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability of business processes across multiple entities.
Identiti is looking for a Global HR Director to develop our company’s international HR strategies and oversee all HR activities across the company, including the planning, design, and implementation of HR programs and policies for employee relations, performance management, compensation and payroll, recruiting, reporting and onboarding.
You will ensure all International HR activities are aligned with and supportive of our overall business strategy, supervise and lead our International HR team, establish a robust framework for international employment contracts, and prepare HR metrics and reports.
Additional tasks you can expect to own include providing senior team members with human resources-related advice and counsel, organizing training programs for employees, working with the business to structure our growing shared services department, and collaborating with global HR team members to ensure all HR–related programs are successfully implemented.
Responsibilities- Plan, develop, and oversee the implementation of our company’s international HR strategies.
- Align international HR programs and policies with Identiti-wide governance and ensure they are successfully implemented and adhered to in all international locations.
- Partner with EOR and Global payroll solutions to ensure employees are in the system and paid correctly.
- Onboard new team members throughout international locations.
- Ensure HR strategies, plans, and programs are in accordance with international employment laws and regulations.
- Supervise and lead our international HR staff and provide advice, support, and leadership to HR teams.
- Counsel international senior team members about HR-related matters.
- Create onboarding programs and processes for new hires.
- Handle communications with global HR team members.
- Opening up new office in Makati.
- Managing the PH offices to ensure employees are supported as needed.
- Adhere to corporate-wide mandates and initiatives as directed by the Chief People Officer.
- Restructure the International HR team in order to support a growing Shared Services organization for Identiti, as well as a growing platform globally with potential future acquisitions.
- Potential migration of current international payroll system into a global provider; experience with HRIS platforms and the ability to manage a short-term transition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 7+ years of experience as an HR Manager or a similar role
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment of international candidates
- Experience working for a US-based organization with PE-backed reporting requirements.
- In-depth knowledge about international employment law and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite and Remote (EOR/Global Payroll)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills, with proven results leading a team of 5+ people who are globally dispersed.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently.
- Leader/doer mentality – this role will be overseeing international HR operations and will also require you to “roll up your sleeves” and get into the details on many initiatives.
- This position would require 30% traveling.
