This role manages sales development within a specific geographic area of the market territory by implementing direct or indirect routing strategies, and executing market, selling, and distribution systems in coordination with finance, logistics, and human resources.It leads the execution of tasks through a motivated sales team and ensures the achievement of key performance indicators set by management through objective-setting, performance tracking, problem-solving, and coaching.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
With 3 to 5 years of solid sales experience, ideally in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.Knowledgeable in sales distribution, customer service systems, and sales operations management
Holder of Professional or Non-Professional Driver’s License with a Restriction Code of 12/123 or AB/ABC
